We are a family business and our clients are family offices. FAMILY is therefore very important to us. Understanding, considerate and respectful interaction within the team is a matter of course for us.
This includes distributing the workload of employees over their weekly working hours in such a way that no overtime is necessary. If there are operational requirements that cause overtime, this is only for a short time and is compensated promptly. We know that in the age of smartphones and working from home, it is not always possible to keep work and private life separate. It is part of our self-image that we only contact our employees during the agreed working hours in the home office and not at weekends, in the evening or in their free time.
